Subprocessors
Last updated: May 22, 2026
Optima Engineering LLC ("Optima," "we," "us," or "our") engages certain subprocessors in connection with providing Orakle, our gen-AI pricing model, and related services. A subprocessor is a third party engaged by Optima to process personal data on behalf of our customers. Capitalized terms used herein have the same meaning as defined in our Data Processing Agreement or other written agreement you have with Optima.
Orakle is offered as a managed service accessed through the web dashboard, the TypeScript SDK, the MCP server, and the REST API. The subprocessors listed below support the delivery of the Services across all access methods.
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we provide at least thirty (30) days' advance notice before engaging new subprocessors. Customers may object to a new subprocessor per the terms of the DPA.
Third-Party Subprocessors
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Application hosting, deployment, and web analytics | United States |
| WorkOS, Inc. | Authentication and identity management | United States |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing and billing | United States |
| Resend, Inc. | Transactional email delivery | United States |
The processing location may also include the location of the subprocessor's data centers and any locations listed in the subprocessor's own published subprocessor resources.
Service Providers That Do Not Process Personal Data
Orakle's pricing pipeline relies on additional third-party infrastructure to analyze product descriptions and synthesize price estimates. These providers receive only the content of pricing queries, which is not intended to contain personal data (see our Data Processing Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy). Because they do not process personal data on our behalf, they are not subprocessors for the purposes of this page. A categorized list of these providers is available to customers under a Data Processing Agreement on request to privacy@optima.engineering.
